If you’re serious about self-defense training and you’re willing to put in the time and work hard and listen to the professor Paulo, you will learn and defend yourself in the street encounter or in Sparring sessions. Then this is the place for you. You get first rate instructions here from a champion BJJ expert from Brazil full of Knowledge and experience the best in the world, Professor Paulo. He has unlimited patience with the student. He never gets frustrated or angry at you. He takes his time to explain every step of instructions.

At every Belt promotion the owner of the school will say I could never get back from Jiu-Jitsu what jiu jitsu has given to me. After four plus years at this academy I Now understand what he's talking about. I'm doing things on the mats that I didn't believe were possible at 61 years of age. Thank you professor Paolo for your instruction and building on that instruction that helps me to improve my jiujitsu and myself. They really do go hand in hand. I honestly Believe that. Thanks to Paul for having a vision and relentlessly work towards achieving it. Fsalital
